Mommy in PA:  I was so happy to get a chance to review these knives.  I have been thrilled with every single Ozeri product that I have reviewed so far and know that they stay true to their word about the quality of their products.  The knives are no exception to that.

The very first thing I noticed when opening the package was how nicely they fit in their very own storage box.  There is a thick foam lining that the knives actually lay down into to keep them from getting damaged.  This comes in very handy for those who do not own a knife block or have theirs filled up already (like me).

These knives not only look awesome but they are super, super light.  I actually used the Chef Knife the one day like a paring knife to peel my potatoes.  I would never have been able to do that with my traditional knives due to the weight and the awkwardness of the handle.

My favorite feature is the fact that the handles are not only ergonomic (believe me, you just have to feel them to believe how comfy these are in your hand) but they are also perfectly balanced (I believe this also adds to the feeling of how light these are).  I have never held a knife more confidently in my lifetime.  They actually make me feel like I know what I'm doing : )

They also cut great too.  With my old kitchen knives I used to have to poke a hole in the tomatoes and then cut out any bad spots but these knives cut right through the skin.  They also work great for cutting block cheeses without the hesitation (maybe from a little bit of build up) I get from my regular knives.

I recommend these knives to anyone of any skill level in the kitchen.  Pros will notice the difference and us more amateur cooks will get a chance to feel more like a pro : )

On a side a note:  It's archery season here in PA and my hubby is very picky when it comes to what knives he will use  when cutting up venison and I've caught him more than once using the Ozeri Knives : )
