Test Drive offers are few and far between these days so I was super surprised to see this one. Just fill out the sweepstakes form here (I marked down that we were looking for a new vehicle in 1-3 months but I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not) and after you submit you should see a Congratulations screen mentioning the test drive offer. Just print out the test drive form and take it to your local Chevy dealer (they have a place to click and see if there is one near you), do the test drive and you will end up receiving a $50 gift card to Cabela's.
