"Your Quantum Breakthrough Code"

disclaimer:  I received the following book for free from Hay House, Inc. in exchange for my honest opinions.  All opinions remain my own.

"Your Quantum Breakthrough Code:  The Simple Technique That Brings Everlasting Joy and Success"

by Sandra Anne Taylor

If you are looking for something more to add to your positive thinking routine then trying the techniques in Sandra's book is definitely something to look into.

Sandra shows you how to use a simple technique involving chakras to decode and code certain messages into our minds.  She primarily focuses on using the chakra located in the middle of the forehead (also known as the third eye).  The technique itself is super simple and is something that anyone can do in just a few minutes a day, but according to Sandra the results are amazing.

Decoding is simply removing a negative response and coding is simply enforcing a positive response in its place.

Sandra gives a lot of examples about how this decoding and coding technique has helped many people change how they react to a lot of different situations.  She even gives techniques for people who cannot do the technique how it is actually supposed to be done due to physical limitations (she thinks of everything).

The first and most important part of the book is to determine where our weaknesses are whether it be shyness, insecurity, procrastination (mommy in Pa and mommy in Ga both need to work on this...lol), boredom, worry, unworthiness, etc. and turn them around and use them to better ourselves.  Often times it is our own hang ups that prevent us from living a more fulfilling life.

Sandra also is kind enough to include illustrations depicting how to perform the technique so that it is easy for anyone to accomplish.

Even though the book itself doesn't focus much on the other chakras, Sandra does include some charts at the back of the book that indicate which chakra works best for each decoding/coding statement.

Mommy in PA:  What a great book to pick up to add more usefulness to all of my positive thinking techniques!

I have to admit the first couple of chapters took me awhile to read due to it having a lot of the same information that I already read elsewhere just written differently.  But once I got to the part about using the chakra and how to decode and code I was hooked : )

I haven't really took a lot of time to try out the technique due to trying to get this review written but with it only taking a few minutes a day I definitely plan on incorporating it with my other positive thinking techniques like my affirmations to kick it up a notch.

I love how Sandra explains how working on just a few decoding/coding messages helps free up other issues due to a lot of them being linked in some way.  This could really make a huge difference for me.  I really can't wait to work on my procrastination one.  Mommy in GA and I are always talking about how great we are at procrastinating : )

I even learned a new thing or two about being too needy with my affirmations and that it can actually put a block up and prevent things from being able to happen.  Also we have to watch how we envision ourselves, most of us don't even think of how we think of ourselves but this too can put a damper on our progress.  And always try to get over saying things like "I will be happy when..." and embrace being happy now.

So if you are working on bettering yourself, your life, and your future this is definitely worth looking into.
