According to email...Free Haircut for Kids Grades K-6 at JC Penney starting Nov.1!!!!

  We don't have a lot of other info at this time but according to an email received today, JC Penney will be doing the free haircuts for kiddos in grades K-6 again in Nov.  We will repost when we have more info.
