You can see some of the stuff included but, there really is a lot!!!! You get your patterns for all the different styles, glitter, ribbon, glue, tissue paper (for ruffles, let me just say we did not go there!!!) and your paper to use for the actual pattern!!!
This is the back, just to show you a few of your choices to make.
This is my 9 year old and a friend from school making the ball gowns (they are cutting out the patterns.
These are the patterns folded and waiting to be glued together (they work at different paces!!!)
These are the step by step instructions for the ball gown (very easy to follow)
This is the strapless top for the ball gown that i was making and below are the sides i had to glue to it to give it the full top effect
Here are the results of the 3 gowns we did!! It was fun and the girls' really enjoyed themselves!!! Aside from a little difficulty with the patterns, this is a project that you have to be very precise when gluing and cutting and tracing or the whole thing will be off balance.
When we were done the girls' response was that it was fun and that it was ok about the dresses cause nothing is perfect, but we tried!!!! They did a really good job with it I think!!!
For my second book this week I had to get my friend Dawn who also has a blog CHECK IT OUT! DAWN, help me out!
The other book I got was the Star Wars Folded Flyers also provided by Klutz.
I got dawn to help me out because my kids are 9 years and under ( I honestly don't even think they know what Star Wars is!!! But, I knew Dawns boys' would love it!!!

Washing wednesday
DUSTING (BOO!!!!)
If yall are anything like me......you HATE dusting!!! I personally do not buy Nick knacks on purpose due to the fact that i HATE to dust lol!!
But, you do have those necessary pieces of furniture that you do have to dust so I was thinking the other day that I remember hearing about using a dryer sheet to repel the dust!!! I am willing to try anything to get a couple extra days without the dreaded chore!!!
This is my TV stand after using the dryer sheet!! We will see how long it takes for the dust to come back. Insider tip though ( I did not do this but, your results might be better!!) I should have used a furniture polish and then used the dryer sheet and your results will probably be better!!!
I will take pics later this week to keep yall updated!

Tasty Tuesday (Tasty Brand)

Mommy in GA and mommy in PA are always looking for new snacks for our kiddos. So we were super excited when we got a chance to try out snacks from Tasty Brand. Tasty Brand snacks are certified organic, contain no high-fructose corn syrup, GMO's or anything artificial.
Tasty Brand makes five flavors of fruit snacks (Mixed Fruit, Superfruit, Splash, Wild Berry, and Smoothie), two kinds of cookies (Chocolate Chip and Vanilla), and Carrot Cake Cereal Bars.
Mommy in GA says:We enjoyed all of the snacks very much......my kids' would not have even known they were healthier than normal snacks had i not told them!!
We shared the fruit snacks with friends at a baseball game and they all thought they were very good, my mom even got to taste a pack that was left over and wanted to know where she could buy the smoothie ones because they were so good!!
The cookies were not a big hit with me but, my kids ate every last one so i would guess that they really liked them though i couldn't understand what they were saying with a mouthful of cookies!

Everyone liked the fruit snacks (Splash were my favorite). The only thing we noticed was that these fruit snacks have a little bit different consistency than the fruit snacks we normally eat, but very tasty.

Maybe Monday (OOFOS)

Mommy in GA and mommy in PA recently got a chance to test out some shoes from OOFOS. OOFOS are made out of a material called OOfoam and are made to be very energy absorbing. This technology helps by absorbing shock to lessen pain, reducing fatigue, restoring vigor, and providing cushioning to rejuvenate your feet. And what mother doesn't need that?!

Mommy in PA: I chose the OOFOS OOahh Slides in Mocha. I love how they look as they can be used as a casual shoe or also a more dressy event. I also like that if they get dirty they are incredibly easy to clean as the whole shoe is made of the same material and wipes clean easily. When I first tried on the slides I was thinking I should have ordered the next size up because my right shoe felt a little tight. I mentioned it to my husband and he said to just try wearing them for a little while and see how they felt then. Sure enough they fit perfectly, as if they adjusted to my feet.
I usually do not wear shoes without backs because I have a hard time keeping them on my feet, this was not an issue with the OOFOS. They stayed nice and snug on my feet. These shoes are so darn comfortable that I make up reasons to wear them. The OOFOS name really fits them well too. The other day I couldn't find my OOFOS anywhere. I went outside to see what my daughter was doing and lo and behold there were my OOFOS. I asked her "So, did you take my OOFOS?" she replied with "Yeah" and I replied back "OO, You're in trouble now". So I guess I'll be ordering her a pair soon.

The oofos are my new favorite shoe I had to go ahead and tell yall that first because, I have been telling everyone i meet that and now it is on the blog forever!!!

I took the kids' to a water park and of course wore my OOriginal thong OOfos and ya know how annoying it is when you get your shoes wet??!! Well with the OOfos they are not uncomfortable when wet AND they dry super fast!!!
I walk and run(chase) with my four children a lot and when i was wearing flip flops my feet hurt all the time. Now i can chase them or walk with them quite a distance and my feet don't bother me!! I tried to put my flip flops on the other day and they were soooo UNcomfortable, Lovein the OOfos and if they ever where out I will definitely replace them!!

Just want to say thanks
I just want to thank INFLUENSTER, BROADWAY NAILS and KISS NAIL ART for the voxbox and letting me win the 2 products because i love them!!!! Hesitant on the blue (called homewrecker) but, will try ALMOST anything once.
